We offer custom 3D printing using eco-friendly materials - great for prototypes, small-batch products, and creative projects. We also offer choice of stronger materials for things that need to last. All printed with precision and care.
PC services
Cleaning
Each component of your PC will be taken apart and cleaned, then reassembled.
Tests will be run after cleaning to confirm everything works and temps are good!
If required, we will replace your thermal paste free of charge.
Repair
We’ll diagnose the issue and attempt a repair.
If your PC has a faulty component, we'll return another day with a replacement (no additional travel fee for one trip).
Throw in cleaning for a discount! +$30
Build/Upgrade
Free consultation, just write us!
We'll work with you to build a parts list to match your budget, and source the parts for you.
We’ll install Windows 11 Home (not activated), install drivers and updates, and do thorough testing. We’ll provide a performance report for all builds.
Builds may take up to 1 week to complete.
Upgrade fee starts at $45, not exceeding $85. Build service fee fixed $85.

PC Services FAQs

On-Site services mean we come to you! Choose a time that works best for you and we’ll come to you and do the service in your home.
Drop-Off service means you bring your PC to us at 605 Yishun Street 61 (760605). Please schedule a booking for when you will bring in the PC. For PC cleaning and repair, Drop-Off services get a $5 discount! -
For On-Site Services:

If you’d like an on-site service afterhours, please contact us. We charge an additional $10 for after-hours services. We reserve the right to refuse any service request.

We will take apart your PC and clean each component carefully, then reassemble. If you have not replaced the thermal paste in over a year, we will replace for you free of charge!

We will do our very best to fix your PC’s issue! In the event a new part is needed for your system, we will come back another day free of charge to install that part for you.
In the event we are unable to repair your PC, we will leave you with a diagnosis of the issue. There will unfortunately be no refunds. -
No hidden fees! Prices are as seen, and include transport. We take public transport to keep our costs low.

We will create a parts list with you, and once you are satisfied with it, we can begin! We require payment for the parts upfront. We will purchase the parts, and then give you an invoice for how much everything was. If there is any large changes, we will definitely notify you first. Service fee due upon collection.
Please note costs on the list may change slightly - sellers sometimes have no stock and forget to update their website! There may also be some shipping fees (usually around $10-$15 total for a build). -
For PC builds we offer 3 months of free repairs in the event there is any issue. Warranty for the parts themselves are covered by the supplier of that part (Usually 2-3 years).

Using our special pricing with suppliers, we can source parts for you.
We charge $15 to source parts for you. Not inclusive of transport/delivery fees.
We charge $5 for a trip to collect the part(s). Should you choose to have it delivered via a delivery service, you will bear the cost of delivery.
PC services terms of service
By scheduling a PC service with Fox & Train, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Requests: Fox & Train reserves the right to refuse any service request at its discretion.
Pricing and Transparency:
Quoted prices for PC builds may vary slightly due to seller price changes, parts availability, or other factors. Fox & Train will maintain transparency regarding costs and any variations from the quoted price.
A $5 fee will be charged for each trip to collect parts from suppliers.
If Fox & Train purchases parts on behalf of a client (Not for a listed service), a $15 fee will be charged.
PC Builds:
PC builds include three months of free repair services provided by Fox & Train.
If a client requests a PC build with used parts, Fox & Train will strive to select quality components. If a used part is non-functional and no refund or replacement is available from the seller, Fox & Train is not liable for the cost.
Repairs and Diagnostics:
If a PC cannot be repaired during a repair service, no refunds will be issued. Fox & Train will provide a diagnosis for the client.
PC services include one additional on-site trip at no charge for component installation or replacement. Additional trips will incur a $20 fee per trip.
Cleaning:
Should damage occur during PC cleaning, the client is entitled to free repair from Fox & Train.
Warranty: Warranties for PC build components are provided by the component supplier, distributor, or vendor. Fox & Train is not responsible for component warranties.
